The
Art of Mind Control
It is undoubtedly, useful to know how to control the
mind. This is one of the most difficult tasks but it is possible to control our
emotions related to mind. Lord Krishna says in the (Bhagavad-Gita, 6.35) said
that “the mind can be controlled by continuous practice and objectivity
(Abhyas)."
Example: The
everyday activity such as typing. The 1st time man starts typing; they are
capable to type one word in a minute. But after a month and year’s typing,
their fingers type rapidly on the keyboard at the speed of 80 words a minute.
This ability comes only through continuous practice and objectivity
(Abhyas)." He says that wherever
and whenever your mind loses concentration, due to its sparkling and trembling
personality, you must get it back in the control of the Self (—Bhagavad-gita,
6.26).
Our mind is like a little kid; a child is focused on
everything in their environment. He or she needs everything but not all things
are good for him or her. Most of the things are still risky, so the parent must
pay attention to their child discipline. Sometimes the child becomes annoyed
and cry but the parent is strong-minded to give the finest thing even if at
first it seems painful to the kid. In all fields of human being occupation,
practice is the secret/ source that opens the door to mastery and superiority.
The continuous practice and lack of relationship,
eventually; we must increase a privileged experience, then we can become
isolated from all the pushing’s of substance needs and finally, we can control
the mind.
