Mentalization in educational sense

t is one of the most important ways that the instructor or facilitator promotes students' mental health. This concept refers to a continuous process of attempting to know another person's knowledge. As the motivated teacher, we can give time each day to understand what our student’s philosophy, psychology and their sensation. So keep in mind that every student is different due to individual difference (like age, intelligence, emotions, physical, mental etc), so the teacher will have to understand about students and reflect on the ways they change over time in order to do an effective job at mental health. As the teacher gains experience/ skill at mentalization, students will benefit from the intelligence that they are understood at school. They will feel safer, motivated, attentive, confident, encouraged, satisfied in taking risks and asking questions, as well as reaching out their mission, when they are struggling for their mission. Apart from this, the teacher and their students will all benefit from the magnificent logic of closeness that can come from understanding another student’s point of view. The Teacher plays a vital role in a student’s life and has an exceptional position of manipulation. The student recognizes and deal with mentalization issues can have an unbelievable impact on their upcoming success, so take that first step! And absolutely, don’t ever ignore the symptoms.
