In Educational sense:
Management is tool for motivating and providing opportunities to staff, student and other school
related employed. Good management develop the leadership skills among individuals. This is the responsibility of
manager that he/ she should provide opportunities for upcoming events during learning atmosphere.
It is excellent profession towards professional development and increasing social relationships and respect among individuals.
Management in education can be Autocratic and Democratic:
Autocratic management:
In this educational management plannings and meetings are only done by high authority
like manager or head of organization without discussing with school employees.
It is head or manager dominated means only head provides the direction to employees what
to do or not to do.
Manager or head takes the credit of all success of institution.
Democratic Management:
It is teacher and student dominated means teacher and student discuss about the activities
regarding to school or classroom.
There is mutual discussion.
Heads or Manager give the credit to employees and students.
Students always perform activities as guided by teacher.
