1) Dark Chocolates: It causes the release of dopamine, which is the same chemical that is released during all sorts of "highs" including orgasms, gambling, and drug use. Other foods that also increase Phenyl ethylene (PEA) are apples, avocados, tomatoes, almonds.
2) Some foods might be considered sexy because they are making us think erotic thoughts. Bananas themselves are thought to be important for sex hormone production because they contain high levels of potassium and B vitamins.
3)  Spices. Ginger and ginseng increase blood circulation - And, since we're taking spices, this might be a good time to mention that some additives are supposed to improve the taste of semen - cardamom, peppermint, lemon and pineapple et cetra et cetra.
According to Bhagavad Geeta:

These foods put pressure on the reproductive organs and create sexual disturbance. You must eat simple and light foods that can easily digestible. This may sound extreme, but it helps us to control our senses and sexual feelings, it’s worth it.
2)    Eat a balanced diet
3)    Do Meditation (The most important practice for elevating our consciousness is chanting the Hare Krishna mantra like:
